The charge was to define and launch the global snack leader’s innovation and venture hub to demonstrate and differentiate its leadership.
The strategy was to show up differently with a distinct, deliberate and disruptive POV on how to work with, and behave like, a start-up to lead the future of snacking.
The activations + outcomes included establishing a compelling narrative; securing thought leadership opportunities at high impact forums and events; forming strategic partnerships and curating custom initiatives with food-forward leaders including Food Tank, Seeds & Chips and NOSH; elevating team visibility and leadership; and generating high profile media placements in outlets such as Food Navigator, Food Dive, Forbes and Fortune.
